Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we can do custom shirts or tumblers. With shirts, depending on time frame we can either do sublimation or DTF. If you have questions about a custom order either fill out our custom order form on the website or email us at aftonboutique@gmail.com.

What is the current turn around time?

For all ready to ship items, they will ship the next business day unless stated otherwise. For preorder items, they will ship within 2-5 business days unless stated otherwise. Custom order TAT will be discussed with customer before order is started since certain factors could change the TAT. 

Where are you located?

We are located in Kingsport, TN.  We have two store locations Merc423 at the Pinnacle in Bristol, TN and The Coalminer's Daughter Mercantile in the Johnson City Mall.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we offer local pick up in Kingsport, TN for free. Once you place your order and it is complete we will email you with the exact address. It is a residential address, so it is only given after an order is placed.
